  • Where do you ship to and how long does it take?

    We offer FREE Worldwide shipping via Royal Mail

    UK – (1-2 working days)
    Rest of World – (2-10 working days)

    We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. You will be supplied with a tracking number. All watches are shipped from the UK.

  • Is the watch available in shops?

  • Do you offer a warranty?

    Yes we offer a 1 year limited warranty that covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty excludes the battery, strap and excessive wear or damage to the case or crystal.

  • Can I return my watch?

    All purchases are entitled to a 14-day money back guarantee. A refund will only be issued if items are returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition with the original packaging. If you would like to return your purchase, please send an email to returns@dialwatches.com. Please include your order number and full name. We will send you a return address and a return authorisation form. Shipping charges on returned purchases are at the customer’s expense.

  • What currency can I pay in?

    Payments are processed in British Pounds (GBP). We accept payments by credit and debit cards or you can checkout using Paypal.

    You can use the currency converter at the top of the page to see the amount in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), Australian Dollars (AUD), Canadian Dollars (CAD),Japanese Yen (JPY) and Swiss Francs (CHF).

    If you are buying from a country that has a different currency, choose any of the above and your bank will automatically convert the payment into your local currency.

  • What about customs charges?

    Your purchase will not be subject to duties and customs charges if you are purchasing from the EU, United States or Australia. Duties may or may not apply in other destinations, please contact your local customs office for more information.  

  • How should I care for my leather straps?

    Your watch is made from the highest quality materials. The straps are made from super soft genuine leather. Tanned leather changes over times and you may notice some creasing and colour change. This is a normal characteristic of quality leather and not a quality issue.

    We advise that you avoid exposing the leather straps to moisture. Should your straps get wet, wipe them down with a soft dry cloth and then allow them to dry naturally.

    Perfume spray can also cause discolouration as well as exposure to sunlight. If you would like to purchase a replacement strap, please get in touch via the contact form above.

  • Is the watch waterproof?

    Yes, the watch is waterproof to 3 ATM. This means it can withstand day to day use. However, we do not advise that you submerge it in water or use it whilst swimming as this will damage the leather straps.

  • How do I change the strap?

    Our innovative “Quick-Release” mechanism allows you to change the strap in seconds. Simply follow the instructions in this diagram.
